I'm insulted that this is filed under Anarchism. Grow up, people - anarchism != violence, and certainly not explosives.

Oh, intense desire. I'm not a fan of alcohol, but these sound so enticing that I do not think I can resist now that I know they sell them in my city.

Fascinating up until the guy starts talking about how modern music makers must be reincarnations of characters from Hindu mythology.

I couldn't disagree with this guy any more. It's not poorly written, but honestly, this guy tries to argue that even though they have completely altered the very mechanics of this game on an absolutely fundamental level, it is still the same game if you're still fighting things with characters that have the same class names (though these classes are barely similar to their precursors). It may technically still be D&D, but it's certainly not anything like the previous editions. That may be fine with some people, but I think it makes the "this isn't D&D" comments justified. A direct quote is in order.
"For me, I'll always feel like the best way for D&D to run is to have an engaging storyline and interesting tactical combats. It's about the D&D world being this pseudo-Tolkien setting, where adventurers go on quests to defeat monsters, gain loot, and occasionally save the world."
Is it just me or did he just describe so many tabletop RPGs that he pretty much just summed up... well, tabletop RPGs with a fantasy setting?
Apparently the only thing that is D&D to this guy is nothing that makes D&D unique.

So apparently taking a popular classroom poster type of "joke" and writing it on a hand, then taking a photo, is considered really good. Hm. Plagiarism is the new black! (And I say plagiarism because I've seen this quote so many times in the past five years that it's NOT FUNNY.)
